The first exhibition "teen Possibles" took place at Forrestall Fine Art in December 2007. The team would like to thank The Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia The Honourable Mayann E. Francis, for attending. They would also like to thank the volunteers from NSDSS, NSCAD, and MSVU and our sponsors the N.S. Cultural Activities Fund, Dalhousie Medical Students Society and Forrestall Fine Art.

So excited about this New Year! Great work everybody!
Just saw your comments in 21 magazine and came to the Blog - then realized I've seen this work before. Wonderful!!!! May be heading to Nova Scotia this summer - or sometime in the not too distant future. My wife is from Halifax and we're thinking of possibly, maybe, moving there. But need to confirm that there is plenty of community spirit and opportunities for our son - 19 years old - who, in addition to all the other wonderful things about him, has Down Syndrome. So great to see this - very inspirational. Will keep in touch. In the meantime, do checkout our / his blogs - http://14yrsofspedinbc.blogspot.com/.

Kurc
